With unfailing precision and attention to detail, he handcrafts top-quality cocoa beans into a chocolate coating. What makes Emmi CHOCO LATTE so special? The chocolate is conched for 72 hours, which results in delicate chocolate notes.
Emmi CHOCO LATTE is made using cocoa beans from the world’s top growing regions. Careful processing at the plantations makes all the difference, with cultivation, harvesting, fermenting and drying being closely monitored. The beans are gently roasted in Switzerland by trained artisans, which is the only way to release over 500 aromas from the cocoa beans.
